Girlfriend received voicemail from this number, claiming tax fraud...take case to "federal court house"....issue "warrant for arrest"...name is "Melvin" haha...more like habib...obviously a scam...voicemail is entertaining in a way though.

Got two voice messages from same man with accent saying he was from the IRS and there is a warrant for my arrest for tax evasion. This obviously is a scam and I didn't return the call. This has to be reported!

It could be an international scheme!

My wife received the same call from this number today. She was understandably panicked. She called the number and they tried to tell her she was going to be arrested for tax evasion. When my wife told the caller she thought it was a scam, the caller hurriedly hung up on her.

SCAM!!!!!Called and said they were from the IRS and were going to file a warrant for my arrest for tax evasion. This is an Indian or Pakistan IRS scam they also called from 202-864-1320 stating the same information
