Automated message asking me if i wanted affordable healthcare. I said, "No," and it hung up. Not the first time i've experienced this one. Always has the same 6 digits of my phone number. I guess they do that to get you to answer. Funny though, because i don't live in that area code currently, and never get calls from people i actually know from it. So i know to avoid calls from my phone's area code, if i don't want to deal with these automated calls or scammers.
