1 June 2021 1030am Computer voice spoke telling me that I would only get this one notice. My Amazon Prime account had expired and I was about to be billed £79. If I stayed on the line an operator would talk to me. I do have a Prime account but pay monthly and as expected the number appears to be completely unrelated to Amazon. I wouldn't expect Amazon to be contacting people from mobile phone numbers.
