On my caller ID it came in as the The McHenry Man (I guess it was management? ) for 757-410-2063. Message was "We have been trying to contact you about lowering the interest rate on your credit cards, this is the last call, press 1 to speak to an agent". Never heard of this agency. I have a block on my phone that is supposed to stop these calls getting thru.
