Received a call from +6562658182 on my mobile phone saying that they're from DBS, and that my account is abnormal and will be closed. However, there are a few telltale signs (in my opinion) that it is probably a scam.
1) I do not have an account with DBS.
2) They are using a recorded voice message (I'm assuming if it's really an alert for abnormal activities they would call with a real customer service representative?).
3) The recording sounds choppy, unlike the usual professional-sounding recordings you'll hear for any hotlines.
4) Options (to press on the "keyboard) starts from "3" instead of "1".
