The number looked like a genuine local number so I answered it. A woman said she was calling from a government department, but then I could hardly hear what she was talking about. She asked if I was the home owner and said something about a new boiler. I said I couldn't understand her and didn't need a new boiler, then ended the call politely but firmly.
