Received a robo call tonight stating they were the IRS and that they were suing us. They did not state why. They did not say we owed back taxes. They did not use our names specifically and directed us to call a number other than the number they called from. We reported them to the attorney general's office. DO NOT CALL EITHER NUMBER BACK. The IRS does NOT make robo calls stating they are suing people. We do not owe any back taxes and there is no reason for this call at all. If you call the other number, they will probably ask you to pay a specified amount to avoid "further prosecution." This is a SCAM!!
