A man called Kevin called me. He had my address and offered to send me something to block unwanted phone calls. I said no thank you and hung up.

Man called Chris said my address and phone had been receiving unwanted calls. This is the case. He had all details about my home phone number and complete address. Initially he said for 90p a month but when I managed to get a word in edgeways and asked him to speak more clearly, he changed that to £1.90 a month for 3 years minimum. For that, all unwanted calls would be stopped. All I had to do was give bank details etc. I said no then put the phone down.
There was a lot of background noise. Not a call centre but more like a group of men chatting and arguing/shouting.

Offered to block nuisance calls for £85. His name was Lucas. How did he know I had complained about these calls?
