I received a call apparently yesterday from a fast speaking man that left a message about something that will be left with the courts or something. I could barely make out what was being said in the message. I just got another call today as well this time from a woman speak just as fast and less understandable. I think they are saying something about having ID and my being process... that's funny.

Seems to me this it another rip you off scare tactic. If its legit send me something from the court so my lawyer can handle it.

Omg! So annoying by his Stephanie here and she say really fast so you can't get her name down. She stating that she didn't get any paperworks so it will be schedule today to serve me at the address on file from 8-2pm. If not there it will send to the court and so on if they can't get a hold of me. Don't they have anything better to do.

Got a call from Stephanie James say there was paper serve under my name with my ssn and it will be at the address serving on file and I need to be there on Wednesday June 25 and I was notify. Also, unless something else put on her table that I need to be there to serve my paper.

Received a call from "Stephanie James" claiming that if I don't call them back that will be at my residence to "serve me papers" and that I should expect them between 1PM and 4PM. I also need to have my ID ready. LOL. If I didn't call back, she would "see me shortly".

I'm pretty sure legit process servers don't tell you if they're coming to serve you papers.
