Call came in. I answered. No one spoke. I repeated. No answer. I spoke loudly. No response. Hung up. Called back using redial. After several rings a man answered. He asked who I was. I said, that's what I would like to know about him as his number called me. He confirmed his phone number and it was indeed the one that called me - well of course, I hit redial.
He said he hadn't been on the phone for a couple of hours and was polite and genuinely sounded confused. I wished him well and hoped things go better for him and his phone #. I have blocked the number.
