700146472 keeps charging me £4.50 a time for unwanted and unrequested text messages. Today they billed me £4.50 for a text that I didn`t even receive . I view this as fraud and I am desperate to stop it as I have already been robbed of over £50 by these people. I believe them to be [email protected] they are nothing short of despicable crooks, stealing money off an old age pensioner.
