I received a call from this number today and a few seconds after answering, the line went dead with no sound from the other end whatsoever!

Last couple of days have recieved 3 calls from this number...+99999999

Called by this number at 11.25 am he was pretending a staff from Microsoft company ,my computer going to crash in 30 min if I don't do what he was saying ,he was rude and foreign east European in my opinion .He asked me if I am English or not ?
He called me an idiot after I didn't give him my password
I am curious to know who they are ?

Contantly getting automated calls from this number, relating to Green Deal. Received one today (16.12.14 at 14.01) Even if you listen to the message in the hope that you can be removed from their list, the opportunity does not occur.

Who on earth is 99999999? They keep calling. Thanks if you can help,

Today at 11.00am we received a phone call from: 099999999- No message left.
Yesterday at 18.00pm we received a phone call from: 099999999 - we didn't answer it, & let it ring till the answering machine answered, phone line by the caller was dropped.
