Caller ID was Los Angeles and/or the number. Somehow they've got both my home & cell in their system. The home number IS blocked, and when it was rejected (I can see this in my online call log with my VOIP service) it must have automatically bounced over and dialed my cell (which will be blocked now!) I answered the cell to hear the annoying loud electronic switch to a call center... I waited a few seconds with dead air and finally asked, "who's this?" A pleasant enough woman apologized, "Oh, I didn't know you were on the line... this is California Heating and Air Conditioning..." I stopped here there thanked her and said "I don't know why you can't remove my numbers from your dialer, I not a home owner." She replied, "I'm sorry, I will do that immediately." (somehow I doubt it.) AND, I did call the number on the caller ID, it is bogus I'm sure, it rings busy with one of the constant fast busy signals.
