This company is phishing for your information. They state that they are calling from Microsoft Technical Support and they have been getting reports of your computer being hacked. I have more than one and they couldn't identify which computer was generating the errors. I have been receiving calls from either this company or ones similar to it for the past few months.
FYI--Microsoft does NOT make outgoing phone calls and couldn't possibly keep up on all hacked computers even if they wanted to. DO NOT give them any of your information.
