These women leave messages all of the time saying that there is a problem with my electric billing and to have my bill available and call them back. They never mention your name or any identifiers of you. Absolute scam. The woman always sounds the same but with every message, changes her name. The caller id always is private and then they leave instructions on what number to call and even say a reference number. Do not answer or give them any information.
