Called me this morning and left message and said this is from IRS contact before takeing action.

Same comments as earlier posters. It's a recorded message.

IRS wanting me to call them back, i called back and they didnt answer. i found out it was a scam

Called wanting to have an immediate reply urgent

received a call irs will sue

Same as the rest - being sued by the irs, call before they take legal action.

called saying sued by irs.

called me saying that i am being sued by the irs and i am going to be incarcerated.
