Obviously this is not a USA based phone number. They have called my pre-paid cell phone 8 times already today. I am sick of them calling me and no IDS pops up with the phone number. I don't have blocking capabilities on my phone but I've notified the company that services my phone and filed a report on the Do Not Call online complaint form because my # is registered with the Do Not Call list.

Have received called from this number over the last couple weeks. I do not answer because it is not a full number. They never leave a message. I just blocked the number

Same thing as everyone else. called me saying they were offering auto insurance quotes. I hope someone can gather some information on these jokers so we can nail their butts to a wall.

I have blocked this number once...and it popped back up! SPAM!!!

They did not specify what type of insurance (or I could just not understand him), just that it was insurance and when I said "This is my cell, please remove the number and don't call me again!" It went straight to dial tone. They did not have my full name, so it has to be from a website survey or trial. That is the only place I use Initials instead of my full name. I blocked the number on my phone so they can't call me anymore.

Who ever this is needs to stop calling me! I don't answer stranger numbers!!!!

I don't like this B.S. period, I haven't a freaking clue what or whever it is!! I hate companies of whoever is doing this please stopped it??? If they explain to me who they were, I don't understand what's going on!!! !!!

national DO NOT CALL Database is the biggest waste of time. If you don't believe me, try filling out a complaint form, oh yes, they may or may not do anything about it, but you can answer it in the will not catagory without wasting your time. l am also receiving calls from these people asking for me by name but could not understand them call was extremely weak and I could barely hear them, so just hung up. I see multiple calls from this number as my computer records all calling numbers that are answered or not.

I have also been getting calls from this number, 4969400459. Five times today, so I finally answered and no one said anything. I see that people are saying it is about car insurance, but I haven't had a car even registered in my name for over four years now. I am also on the National Do Not Call listing.

They've been calling me I had my phone company search the number not only could they not find it they couldn't block it

Been getting the same calls from this number just like the rest of these people. They haven't said anything yet but I am sure they will in time.

Been getting these calls for the better part of a month but finally seemed to connect with someone today. Said he was from a firm in California that represented my insurance companies and a handful of others (haven't had a car since last year) I told him to take me off his list and that I was in the national DO NOT CALL Database. He tried to get me a few more times but eventually he hung up on me. Knew my correct name and the make and model of my old vehicle though. Don't know if I should be worried.

I answered a call from this # (496940059) they called, which was today(4-10-14). It was a man asking about my car &/or car insurance. I am not completely sure what he was asking because i could not understand him. He knew my name, the make, model & year of my car, and my old address. But, he said my old address from where I lived years ago.

Dont know why im getting called by 496940059... ? Its the wrong amount of digits! I havent answered due to that alone. Theyve called 10x in 2 days. Thanx
