Got through to someone after a while and got threatened with 2 years in prison plus a $15000 tax fee. I politely told the man that he has the wrong info about me and could he check that he has the right person. He said he'd check and hung up on me. The worst kind of fake call I've ever had.

Left an automated voice message saying to call me back. Man told me i owed the irs $5,000. Wouldnt tell me why. Just said to wait for the police to arrest me and take me to court. They would seize my assests and stuff. The guy actually hung up on me when I asked him to send me an email of the breakdown.

Just got a message, sounded like it said internal revenue. San Francisco number. Anyone know any thing? Didn't sound legit. Talking about owing money that clearly wouldn't make sense.
