I called the number back and spoke to someone named Nathan from personal insurance quote, who refused to give me his last name or company name and address. I said this must be a scam. He assured me it wasn't but again refused any further information

I tend to believe this may be a telemarketer calling from a list provided via the ACA website of people that have not signed up through ACA. What a scam.

This number called me several times during the past week. If I catch it quick enough they answer me by saying that I must have signed up for medical health insurance and they are responding to the sign up. I told them that I have medical health insurance and I did not sign up for anything and they still continuously called multiple times a day. I asked repeatedly to stop calling me and told them I want on their do not call list, but did this apparently did not work. I basically yelled at the last caller and he hung up on me. Hopefully they will stop.
