They claim to be a company called Survey Service; yet, the caller ID shows the name Kathleen Rainwater. Their survey starts out OK by asking you if you have a personal alarm system in your home. However, it quickly gets too personal after the second question. All representatives of this "company" have a heavily thickened indian accent. When you are cordial with them and ask them a personal question, like what time it is in India, they lie to you and tell you that they are based out of Chicago (402 area code is for Indianna). It seems to me that iif a company forces a person to lie about his or her race, especially one that has a lot of culture to be proud of, then it would be time to find a more respectable call center job (like Sprint or Convergys) where theyes pay for your education and offer a better pay. I've asked them over and over to take me off their calling list. They will not comply.
