100% fake... Just a money grab. Dont take the call or hang up.

Called and said our computer (couldn't tell me which one - we have several) had downloaded a corrupt file and that we needed to speak to one of their certified Microsoft engineers to have the file removed. Unsure how they got our number - called my wife's cell phone (not sure how they got it).

They then had another person call me as the certified Microsoft engineer and wanted to have me run www.goo.gl/icnXbD. That's where I stopped the call because I didn't feel comfortable going forward with the call and not knowing truly who this person REALLY was. I asked for a number to call them back and this is the number he provided to me.

I dont know why the above guys are saying that they were not real but they really fixed my computer..

2/19/15 @ 11:00 am claiming that they were with windows tech support and needed to get access to my computer to help fix issues that I was not aware of. Ran the diagnostic, they gave Jack Williams as the name but were in India. Called the number my wife gave me and told them I was Jack Williams and they hung up on me. Grrrrrr. I wish American Companies would stop using India for phone services and call centers. Make me angry.
