United StatesToday when I got the call, somebody answered telling me that my computer was sending messages to them that it was full of viruses. The call was very broken up, and I could hardly understand the guy so figured he was from another country. I told him my computer was fine and he started yelling "shut up, shut up,shut up" repeatedly. I told him I am on the 'do not call' list but I doubt he heard me, so I hung up. Please get rid of this caller.

I called the number back and a recording says: "The number you have called is not in service." How can a person call on a phone number that is not in service? Is this part of the NSA?
