This guy called from Max Systems, claiming that he'd called my office and the staff there had "expressed frustration with my software system." The problem? I am a one-person operation who books my own clients using pencil and paper, and I have no "software system" nor staff to complain about it. Even if I did, perhaps the hypothetical staff wouldn't be too happy about some random guy making up lies about how they'd all been complaining to him without consulting me first. I googled the number and it seems to be a genuine company, but I don't like this tactic at all.
