I got the same call story from this number (203) 340-6932 its a scam please DO NOT believe them because they are trying to get money from you. Don't give your information to them just ignore the call it's a scam !!!

Just received a scam call. The scammer calls himself David Bash and claims that he is calling from the investigations Department of IRS. Also said that there's a warrant under my name under federal investigation and if I don't call them back they'll send the local police to my physical address to arrest me.

you should have told them that you worked for the IRS and you want their ID number and their extension number so you can report them as well or you should have said you worked for the police department and the phone call is being monitored and there's a murder investigation going on and you want to know who they are and your birth date social security number and their address that you live they live at
