They will scare you and ask to pay cash on green dot card.
They will drain all your money from your bank account and transfer the money in foreign countries within few minutes.

IRS will never call. Nobody calls. They will send you a notice. If money matter comes never deal. Go personally IRS OFFICE OR CALL AND CONFIRM.
This thing is happened to all Indian people. These scamers are from India.

Second time I encountered these supposed IRS people, even though I've reported them. First time the man told me to go "F... myself" when I questioned whether they were actually the IRS. We had just arranged for a new phone number so it would have been impossible for the IRS to be aware of that number! It frightens me to think there are predators like this out there.

Do not waste your energy on these folks. They claim to be IRS but are really scammers.
