Returned call and got a recording to leave a message. Later got 2 more recorded calls from Kelly Jones; woman with Indian accent. I have since notified the actual IRS and National No Call List to investigate this number.

I just received a call from this number and there was a woman who sounded like she was on a cell phone or in the middle of a busy street. She had a heavy Indian accent and couldn't understand 75% of her message. I did get "IRS" and "If you don't return the call" but nothing more. I would imagine the IRS would send you something in writing and they would hire employees who can speak better English!
