I got a call from this number this afternoon. Since I was half asleep and expecting a call from my wife I answered it. A male with a middle eastern Indian accent told me that my grant for nine thousand dollars had been approved and he was in Washington DC. Only one problem I have not applied for any grants. I searched the number and it comes back to a Sprint cell phone in Washington DC. My caller ID actually read Washington DC. I know it is possible to fake phone numbers but It may also be possible to fake caller ID. I was able to hear someone in the background but couldn't distinguish what they were saying. When I told him I didn't know anything about it they hung up. I am guessing this is some kind of scam and I hope that this information helps someone. Thanks for your time,Rich

I got a phone call today from this number (202-210-0054) showing that it was a DC number. I don't know anyone in DC so I didn't answer. I then called the number back from a business phone. The number rang about 5-6 times and then an automated message picked up… "The person you have called is unavailable right now. Please try again later." That was at 5:01pm. I waited twenty minutes and called the number back. I got the same automated message. I'm going to say that this is a bogus number.
