Could be a US, UK or India etc based company or individual(s) using automated calling systems (ACS), such as predictive or power diallers and Caller ID Spoofing through the use of voice-over-IP (VoIP) technology ie calls are not originating from (513) 898-2070 Cincinnati, OH, USA.

Received the call from this number and showing it was The Kroger Company. They wanted health info to link up with medical aids to be paid for by Medicare.

Received a silent call from this number.

Bizarre, this one echoed my voice back at me and then hung up...
